de banque in Benin is the third local commercial bank
to support the activities of FINADEV
by granting a redeemable loan medium term of FCFA 1.000.000.000
(euros 1.524.500) over 36 months.

Bank
of Africa Bénin renews
its initial financing of 2003 in favour of FINADEV by
a redeemable loan over 24 months of FCFA 1.500.000.000
(Euros 2.286.700).

Study in progress for a partnership with AFRICAP Dakar,
either in the form of financing or in the form of subsidies
of technical aid.
- Obtaining a redeemable loan in the short run of FCFA
100.000.000 of the Bank sahélo-sahélienne

the Benign BOA near which a second financing will be

VEDOKO related to the extension of our
activities on the urban zone of Cotonou. That of Cotonou-GODOMEY

BANK Bénin by
BANK OF AFRICA Bénin, in the form of a redeemable
loan of FCFA 1.000.000.000
over twelve months. This financing concretizes the policy
of diversification of the sources of financing of the
company wanted by its shareholders.

SA is launching a new product: school
loan which is meant for individuals or workers in groups.
It's conditions of attribution are the same as those of
social loans.
FINADEV
SA is inaugurating at the same time through this school
product its new partenership relation with CAISSE NATIONALE
D'EPARGNE ( O.P.T ), partenership which must have developped
in 2002.

Finadev
Tchad has started its activities as a microfinance counter
bound to FINANCIAL BANK TCHAD. Its conversion to private
company is forseen for the first of 2002, after the releasing
of the capital in question. At
the end of november 2001, the amount of loans granted
to women' group is already FCFA 400.000.000 ( euros 610.000
).

limited company FINADEV was created on last july 5th with
a wiew to taking over the activities of the microfinance
counter FINADEV of FINANCIAL BANK BENIN, opening begining
1999.The
capital of the limited company is FCFA 1.000.000.000 (
one milliard ).You
can see many shareholders who appear besides FINANCIAL
BANK BENIN andFINANCIAL BC ( Financial Banks ' holding
) after obtening necessary authorizations, materialized
by the signature of an outline agrement with the ministry
of economy and finances of Bénin on july 4th, 2001
anf the full liberation of the capital on december 10th,
2001:
