The personnel of Limited company FINADEV SA comes partly from Financial Bank. Close links always exist with this bank which carried the project during its the first thirty months of existance. The operations on SA started only in July 2001, once all the agreements and approvals signed with the bodies of supervision of the microfinance in West Africa.
